Cancellation Policy

SERVICES Contractor will provide the cleaning services selected or described on the Client’s intake form (the “Services”). SCHEDULE Services will be performed according to the schedule, frequency, and service details agreed upon by the Client and Contractor. PAYMENT Client agrees to pay the stated service price upon completion of each Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional services or fees must be approved by the Client before work is performed. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Service to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Service may result in the deposit being non-refundable. GENERAL TERMS Contractor will perform the Services in a professional and timely manner. Contractor is an independent contractor and is responsible for its own business operations, employees, and applicable insurance. Contractor is not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If payment is not received as agreed, the Contractor may suspend future Services until the balance is resolved. ONGOING AGREEMENT This Agreement applies to all Services provided under the Client’s account and remains in effect for future services unless either party ends the arrangement. CHANGES Any changes to the Services, pricing, or terms must be agreed upon by both Client and Contractor.
